Job Description
This position is fully remote.
The Associate Marketing Manager will be:
- Managing multiple projects and maintaining detailed timelines and project plans for deliverables and key milestones as well as communicating changes and risks in a timely manner
- Developing strategy and creating content for projects, including email/website copy, blogs, webinars, brochures, whitepapers, case studies, and customer stories, and more
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand and execute project needs (conferences, events, sales, training, onboarding, flyers, call scripts, presentations, and competitive analysis)
- Managing business partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders
The Associate Marketing Manager will have:
- 3 years of Marketing/Communications experience, including experience in writing and editing content (collateral, digital, white papers, etc.); medical/healthcare experience preferred.
- Experience creating and executing marketing plans and marketing/sales materials
- Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.) with ability to quickly learn new software
