Must have completed NYSC
Excellent communication skills
Excellent analytical and organisational skills
Must be detailed oriented
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
Good relationship management skills
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
A strong willingness to learn and grow, staying ahead of industry trends and tools
About You:
Support the Operations & Strategy Manager to enforce company policies and standards
Perform administrative tasks including payroll computation, invoice preparation and scheduling virtual meetings when required
Prepare proposals where required to business prospects leveraging our proposal templates and follow up with these Partners on a regular basis
Collate and analyse transaction data received to advise partners on insurance premium payment due
Follow up with our health insurance business partners to ensure enrollment schedules are updated on time
Obtain regular feedback from partners to identify process improvement opportunities and discuss issues with the relevant departments or CEO
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with all our Partners
