The Head of Human Resources will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR function within the company.
This includes strategic planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Planning:

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
Collaborate with senior management to identify current and future HR needs and develop plans to address them.

Talent Acquisition:

Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates.
Develop and maintain strong employer branding to attract top talent.
Implement effective onboarding programs to ensure new employees are integrated successfully into the organization.

Employee Relations:

Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related issues.
Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and effective manner.
Promote a positive and inclusive work culture that values diversity and fosters employee engagement and morale.

Performance Management:

Develop and implement performance management processes to drive employee productivity and development.
Provide guidance and support to managers on performance evaluation and goal-setting.
Identify training and development needs and coordinate appropriate programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.

Compensation and Benefits:

Oversee the administration of employee compensation and benefits programs.
Ensure competitive and equitable compensation structures that attract and retain top talent.
Stay informed about market trends and best practices in compensation and benefits.

Compliance:

Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Keep abreast of changes in legislation and update HR policies and procedures accordingly.
Conduct regular audits to ensure HR processes are in line with legal requirements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in HR management roles, with [7] years in a leadership position.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus.
