We are seeking an Assistant Manager, Marketing to contribute to the development and implementation of effective brand-building strategies.
In this role, you will brainstorm ideas to meet sales and marketing objectives, assist in plan execution, and report on campaign results.
The ideal candidate should be creative, results-oriented, possess analytical and research skills, and excel in communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

Assist in marketing management for the Vitafoam group and its subsidiaries.
Assist in developing internal communication campaigns.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities.
Contribute to the development of brand & marketing campaigns and collaterals.
Ensure timely reporting for projects.
Manage stakeholder relationships efficiently, including agencies and vendors.
Monitor and analyze product/brand performance metrics.
Monitor and report on competitor activities and market changes.
Support and ensure effective execution of digital and social media initiatives.
Support trade channel activities and develop activation plans.
Support the execution of advertising and marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: First degree, preferably in Marketing.
3-5 years of relevant experience in branding, marketing, or advertising.
Strong understanding of branding principles and corporate communication.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to conduct market research and analyze consumer insights.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
A creative mindset with a passion for innovative marketing strategies.
