The Talent Sourcer will be responsible for sourcing candidates and provide list of qualified candidates to the line managers.
Responsibilities
Talent sourcing
Collaborate with recruitment team to determine job requirements for job vacancies
Create and implement strategic sourcing and candidate engagement initiatives to attract top talent.
Review and recommend new or untapped sourcing channels, tools, and platforms and share market intelligence with the talent acquisition team.
Ensure adherence to all regulations and internal policies.
Requirements
Passionate about the talent sourcing.
Excellent communication skills
Highly professional in discharging assigned duties.
