Job Description

Reports To: Lead, Quality Assurance
Industry: Technology

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement testing plans for products.
Identify procedures and scenarios for the quality control of products and services.
Design, document and implement clear and concise test cases.
Process product reviews and inform the development team of defects and errors.
Communicate quantitative and qualitative findings from test results to the development team.
Monitor efforts to resolve product issues and track progress.
Ensure that the final product satisfies the product requirements and meets end-user expectations.
Spot areas for improvement to enhance the product's efficiency.
Design and implement automation script for regression using Selenium Webdriver and Appium.
Perform API testing using Postman and Newman.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
1-3 years of working experience in a quality assurance position within a business in a fast-paced and constantly evolving market.
Keen attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Creative and innovative thinker.
Diligent and meticulous.
High regard for safety standards and quality control.
Ability to use test management tools like Jira and Zephyr Scale.
Ability to use open sources tools like selenium Webdriver, Appium and Jmeter.

Other Requirements:

Strong analytical skills with business knowledge and excellence in planning and execution.
Proven ability to leverage technology to translate business requirements.
Ability to provide support to and collaborate with internal units and external groups to achieve business objectives.
