Requirements

  • A Female Applicant with a minimum of HND and at least 1 year work experience in similar position.
  • Ability to utilize computer technology is important

Job Competencies:

  • Ability to establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships at all times.
  • Ability to welcome customers warmly in person or via telephone and acknowledge complaints and enquiries and resolve them promptly
  • Ability to gather customer information, take payment information and other pertinent information and reconcile accounts at the close of business.
  • Ability to manage and process orders and requests alongside keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Ability to communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary.
  • Ability to ensure customer satisfaction, provide professional customer support and provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Other assigned duties.
