Job Competencies:
- Ability to establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships at all times.
- Ability to welcome customers warmly in person or via telephone and acknowledge complaints and enquiries and resolve them promptly
- Ability to gather customer information, take payment information and other pertinent information and reconcile accounts at the close of business.
- Ability to manage and process orders and requests alongside keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Ability to communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary.
- Ability to ensure customer satisfaction, provide professional customer support and provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
