- Ensure all new business/product to be deployed have a well-thought-out service design, documented and operationalized. All stakeholders are well informed.
- Monitor transaction trends to identify uptime patterns and engage internal stakeholders to fix any channel uptime challenges to optimize and reduce service failures.
- The merchant/partner total experience during go-to-market / deployment should be well planned and seamless.
- Achieving first time success.
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND qualification
- This position is a senior management role and could require traveling outside the country to some African Countries.
- Fintech Candidates of 10 years and above from levels of GM and above are preferred.
