As a Full-Stack Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining software applications, both on the frontend and backend. You will work closely with our project managers and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Principal Duties / Responsibilities

Strategic Solution Crafting:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop innovative, full-stack solutions that address intricate challenges in HR consulting.
Transform ideas into tangible products, working closely with a product manager.

Full-Stack Mastery:

Engineer both front-end and back-end components, ensuring seamless, intuitive, and user-friendly experiences.
Leverage a diverse range of technologies and frameworks to build versatile and efficient software solutions.

Innovative Problem-Solving:

Bring a creative mindset to solve complex technical challenges, actively participating in brainstorming sessions and contributing novel solutions.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, where creative problem-solving is a valued aspect of our development process.

Collaborative Cross-Functional Work:

Engage in collaborative, cross-functional teamwork, effectively communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

To be successful in the role, the candidates should meet the following requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. 

Experience:

Minimum of 2 – 4 years of professional experience as a Fullstack Software Engineer.
Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
Experience with frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React.
Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL
Familiarity with backend technologies such as Node.js, Express.js, or Spring Boot.
Knowledge of web services and RESTful API development.
Proven track record of delivering high-quality software projects on time and within budget.
