Job Summary
Laying building materials to construct and repair masonry structures in the plant and estates. A mason must therefore be skilled in the construction, alteration, repair and maintenance of masonry structures and surfaces.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- construction, alteration, repair and maintenance of masonry structures and surfaces
- read and interpret blueprint and diagrams in other to perform projects exactly as specified
- prepare surfaces prior to beginning work
- determine work requirements and sequence of masonry/ tile assignment through review of plan drawings
- Estimate materials and labor.
- Maintain records, document actions and present progress report
- Maintain safety standards in all construction works

Requirements
Education and Work Experience
- Trade test 1,2, 3 + 5years experience
- WASCE/GCE/SSCE+10 YEARS EXPERIENCE
