Regular stock update reports, variance report, OER audit reports.
Monitoring and maintaining office equipment and inventory supplies; orders replacement supplies as needed
Creating, updating, and maintaining records and databases
Updating office policies and procedures
Scheduling company calendar and updating as needed
Preparing reports on meetings, expenses, office budgets, and other expenditures
Supporting National Commissary manager, and other staff as assigned.
Preparing travel arrangements for office staff and managers; overseeing and preparing expense reports and budgets
Organizing special functions and social events
Preparing correspondence, documentation, or presentation materials
Performs other duties as assigned.
Bachelor's Degree in Food and Beverage / Administration
Experience with the food and beverage industry and training /teaching
High Integrity, utmost confidentiality level
Good analytical skills
Independent, mature, self-initiative and possesses positive attitude
