We are seeking a Producer to lead the day-to-day production of digital static and audiovisual assets while collaborating with internal global stakeholders and external agents to ensure a timely delivery of all design and AV deliverables. The Digital Producer should excel in creative problem solving, be able to establish scalable processes, have strong communication skills, and enjoy fostering mutually beneficial relationships across the organization. The Producer will own, author, and improve upon all variations of Marketing Playbooks that instruct the org on the major asset and design development workflows. This role will oversee the owned and operated asset production across the SVOD design team, working closely with the team to manage capacity, ensure timely asset delivery, track metrics, and drive projects to increase total efficiency. The Producer will work closely with our local teams to build strong O&O campaigns for our monthly title launches, understanding their asset needs and building workflows to support them.

They will also demonstrate strong ownership and bias for action, remain proactive with strategic and creative solutions, and collaborate across internal teams with clear and concise communication. They will need to learn and be curious – diving into the ins and outs of our marketing processes, understand the ‘why’ behind why we do things, and to use the answers to improve our workflows. This role requires the ability to influence without authority and to manage expectations at all levels of the organization. As such, the candidate must be a clear/consistent communicator and someone who displays strength in cross-team collaboration.

  • Set expectations with internal and external teams and handle prioritization for all work
  • Facilitate project-related team meetings (i.e. kick-offs, status, internal/client reviews, etc.) to communicate action steps that ensure all stakeholders are aligned.
  • Deep dive into project requirements that may at times be ambiguous, transforming raw thoughts and data into a narrative form.
  • Continually work to optimize process and workflow
  • Developing and updating program documentations, wikis, and, SOPs

  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience in Project or Campaign Management
  • Experience working at or with a creative or advertising agency, network, streaming service, or studio
  • Understanding of the workflow within a marketing, production, or creative department or company
