The  team is an integral part of the engineering division. We work closely with customers and technology partners from around the world to drive product integration, address app compatibility issues, and shape the future.
As a Training and Readiness Program Manager for the team, you will facilitate a training program to bring our internal resources up to speed on new security technology areas as well as develop materials needed to train internal resources.
Our cloud technologies are constantly evolving, and we are seeking active learners who can collaborate effectively across a diverse and global team of stakeholders. The ability to navigate ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced environment is essential to success in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the team to create a detailed project plan where you will define, document, and execute training on new technology areas for the team
  • Facilitate training sessions for internal team, bringing the right speakers and representatives together
  • Manage relationships between our team and other key internal team members

Experience:

  • Solid collaboration, communication, and cross-teaming skills.
  • Ability to apply operational rigor to training processes.
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment where new challenges exist around every corner.
  • Prioritization, time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to take on complex systems and processes and drive simplification and improvements.
  • Self-starter, who can deal with ambiguity, maintains focus, drives clarity, and provides innovative solutions.
  • Minimum three years of work experience in the computer software industry; with a focus in security, cloud, and/or security solutions is preferred.

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering computer science or related discipline, or equivalent experience.

     

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $66.49 to $73.88 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match.
