Primary responsibilities
 

·       Provide media expertise to the organization by working with internal functions and external parties

·       Consult on the development and execution of media plans to align with P&GA’s strategy

·       Lead, provide guidance and track media investment budget, platform and mix to support P&GA’s business and marketing objectives

·       Evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of media plans through all available reporting and analysis

·       Lead implementation and tracking of holistic measurement strategy across paid media channels with agency partners to allow for in-flight optimization and continuous improvement

·       Coordinate and provide measurement and analytics support for integration of paid channels with owned channels

·       Collaborate with global teams, media, analytics and IT team to share and leverage industry and cross-BU best practices, data strategy and martech platforms where applicable

·       Lead implementation and tracking of holistic media measurement strategy

·       Lead analytics agency teams for holistic data strategy, including governance, tagging and taxonomy

·       Offer media analytics expertise to enhance overall media investment effectiveness

·       Ensure the effectiveness of media investment through all available mechanisms, recommend enhancements for continuous improvement

·       Provide recommendations on how use of tech platforms may increase efficiency and effectiveness of paid media investment

·       Lead faster pace paid media optimizations whenever possible

·       Lead coordination and share-out of multiple reports (upper funnel, performance, CRM/Salesforce)
