Job Description
- To supervise the estate guesthouses and stewards and ensure decent accommodation to our guests.
- To ensure prompt repairs/maintenance of estate facilities.
- To supervise the estate cleaners and ensure cleanliness in the estate at all times.
- To ensure regular waste removal from the estates.
- To cross-check the cleaning contractor’s bills for the estate jobs.
- To ensure regular supply of portable water in the estates
- To comply with full implementation of EMS and OHAS policy.
- Any other duties assigned from time to time.
