Can effectively press fresh fruits, make zobo, etc., and store for sales.
Can proffer better ideas to meals, and update menu to attract more customers
Can weigh, measure, mix, and prep ingredients according to recipes.
Good at marinating, steaming, grilling, broiling, baking, or frying meats, fish, vegetables, and other ingredients.
Should be smart to keep records and check food and ingredients for freshness, and accountability.
Good at arranging and garnishing dishes for takeout sales.
Works well under pressure and within the time limit.
Ensures that the kitchen area, equipment and utensils are cleaned.
Helping lead and inspire other kitchen staff if any, with the restaurant manager.
Wowing our guests with amazing dishes.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Culinary school 2-4 year degree or equivalent.
Prior experience in related food and beverage service and food preparation positions.
Thorough experience with hot and cold food preparation.
Good working knowledge of accepted sanitation standards and health codes.
Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, etc.
Able to handle work in a fast-paced environment.
