Participate in the formulation of corporate human resources strategic planning
Assist the HR director to implement the company's HR strategic planning, decompose the HR strategic objectives into the relevant departments, and assist in formulating the implementation plan
According to the company's development strategy, put forward the organization setting and post responsibility design scheme, and put forward the improvement scheme for the company's organizational structure design
Regularly organize and collect information about personnel recruitment, training, assessment, salary and other aspects, to provide information support for the company's major personnel decisions
Participate in the formulation and improvement of the human resource management system, including the company's personnel management system, labor and wage system, personnel file management system, employee manual, training outline and other rules and regulations, implementation rules and working procedures, and organize the implementation
Assist the human resources director to make the corresponding Job Description , and make the corresponding changes according to the job adjustment needs of the company, to ensure that the Job Description is consistent with the actual situation
According to the personnel needs of the department, the internal personnel deployment plan (including personnel internal transfer and transfer) is put forward, and implemented after the approval of the superior leadership, to promote the optimal allocation of personnel
Participate in the formulation of recruitment plans, recruitment procedures, preliminary interview and screening, and coordinate among various departments
According to the company's requirements for performance management, participate in the formulation of evaluation policies, organize the implementation of performance management, and supervise and control the performance evaluation process of various departments, solve the problems in time, and implement the performance evaluation system, and constantly improve the performance management system
Participate in the formulation of salary policies and promotion policies, organize salary increase review and promotion review, formulate company welfare policies, and handle social security welfare
Organize pre-job training for employees and assist in handling training and training procedures
Complete other work tasks assigned by the general manager
Bachelor degree or above in human resources, management or related major.
More than 2 years related working experience in human resource management.
Knowledge and skills
Have a systematic understanding of modern enterprise human resource management mode and accumulate practical experience, and have rich practical experience in human resources strategic planning, recruitment, salary design, performance appraisal, post training, salary and welfare, labor relations, personnel management system, organization and personnel adjustment, staff career design and so on;
Familiar with national, regional and enterprise policies on contract management, salary system, employment mechanism, insurance benefits and training policies;
Have skilled handling skills for human resource management affairs, and be familiar with personnel work process;
Sensitive to human and issue changes, with a rapid response ability;
