We recognize that every person’s healing journey is different and plan our care around each patient’s individual goals, motivations, and abilities at our hospitals.
Our inpatient rehabilitation facilities offer specialized care to patients living with disabling injuries or illnesses caused by strokes, brain injuries, hip fractures, spinal injuries, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, or other debilitating events. Our services are designed to help patients regain or improve their independence and quality of life.
Outpatient Rehabilitation
We are inspiring.
Our outpatient services help patients continue with their healing processes after they have been discharged from one of our facilities. An individual who may not require a hospital stay to recover from an injury or illness also can benefit from these services.
Our outpatient rehabilitative services consist of physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech pathology.
Post-Discharge Care
We are hopeful.
We continue to coordinate and manage our patients’ care after they leave our hospitals, which can include outpatient services, home health services, case management, or other services to address our patients’ healthcare needs.
We feel this provides our patients with the best opportunity to continue to recover successfully.
